Experiencing Essence: A Deep Dive Into Presence

Part of the wisdom of the Enneagram is in revealing the patterns of our attachments and aversions, our over-identification with personality, and how much what we do is driven by the needs of our ego. Bringing awareness to these and coming back to ourselves on a deeper level (over and over again) helps us to live more from our essence - a freely arising state of being. This three-session online workshop is an opportunity for coaches and counsellors to deepen their understanding of and skill with practices of returning to this deeper presence.
