Designed for coaches at all levels, this 6-pack of twice-monthly 2.5-hour online sessions offers supervised practice and ICF-recognized mentorship hours within a supportive learning environment.

Each session includes a discussion of coaching challenges as well as practice sessions with observed feedback and mentoring provided by experienced instructors and Professional Certified Coaches Lindsay Robertson and Stacey Huget.

Accredited by the ICF, his 10-week online program trains coaches looking to deepen their practice, improve their skills and receive mentoring for their ICF credentialing requirements and/or qualify for continuing coach education credits.

Weekly three-hour classes include advanced training, observed practice and feedback from experienced instructors and Professional Certified Coaches Lindsay Robertson and Stacey Huget.

Program completion entitles participants to claim 7 hours of group mentorship and/or a total of 28 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits -- 21 core competencies credits and 7 resource development credits.

This online offering is for coaches who have completed the GOING DEEP: Advanced Coach Training & Mentoring program and are interested in further practice that qualifies as the three individual mentor hours required for credentialing by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Priced at 30% less than individual mentorship sessions, Group 1:1 Mentoring brings four coaches together for 2.5 hours once a week for three weeks. After a 15-minute group check-in, participants divide into two breakout groups with one coach and one client participating in a 60-minute coaching and mentoring session. Participants then change roles for a second hour of coaching and mentoring before returning to the large group for a 15-minute reflective check-out.

In this way, participants receive mentoring on their own coaching while also (as a client) learning from the mentoring their coach receives. It also relieves participants of the need to arrange recorded external sessions.

We offer individual online coach mentoring for practicing coaches looking to enrich their coaching skills and/or pursue or maintain their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or PCC credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Based on observed “live” peer/demo sessions or recorded coaching sessions submitted by you, mentorship gives you direct feedback to validate and celebrate your strengths while also shining a light on any blind spots — and facilitates the collaborative, exploratory analysis, dialogue and practice to remedy them.
