We periodically offer a variety of workshops that invite coaches and counsellors to attend to specific areas of skill or interest we know can get in the way of confidence, freedom, and joy in our professional practice or in our personal experience. The cornerstone of all coaching and counselling is presence, that seemingly elusive ability to be wholly focused on and open to our client's experience - with positive regard, curiosity, intuitive sensing, and (the hardest part) a quiet, inquiring mind. Deep Listening
Along with presence, deep listening is at the heart of client-focused coaching and counselling. Beyond capturing the meaning of the words our clients use, we want to absorb their emotional tone, their physical presence, and the context of their world - and to respond to all this content in a way that creates meaningful connection and inquiry. This interactive online workshop is an opportunity to strengthen our ability to listen at the deepest levels of our client's experience and to convey our understanding and responsiveness in a way that advances discovery.

Presenting Topic
One of the most important of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies to master is that of reaching agreement with a client around what they wish to accomplish in their session - and it's one of the most challenging for many coaches. This online workshop is an opportunity to deepen our ability to explore, refine, confirm, and coach to their client's person-focused presenting topic.
Weekly three hour classes include instruction, demos, observed practice, and 1:1 feedback from peers and from experienced instructors and Professional Certified Coaches Lindsay Robertson and Stacey Huget.

Discovery Group
Our work as coaches and counsellors can be challenging on many levels. One of them has to do with what we discover about ourselves and our own issues during the course of our practice. This recurring online program of six weekly sessions is designed for those who value sharing, exploring, and growing amidst a mutually-supportive, group of peers. Experienced co-facilitators Lindsay Robertson and Stacey Huget ensure a safe, confidential and empathetic space throughout.
